I updated the building height to 180 feet on the first post due to an email Avenue North sent out this morning - celebrating the building's 14 foot floors + crown (12 floors), again it is an estimate, but I think 180 feet is more accurate.
14×14("total" floor count)=196. And in the renderings that point will go over the horizontal beams for the top "floor" beams, so this could be just over 200 feet I believe

Looks like the parapet will be just a box, rather than then angles going up and down. Which you do see on the very first rendering posted, but with a bulkhead pushed back from the glass
Delle Donne - developers of the Avenue North complex announced earlier this week that big Delaware corporate law firm Morris James will be moving their headquarters from the WSFS Building downtown to The Tower at Avenue North in 2025.
Between Morris James and housing Delle Donne's corporate offices, I have to imagine The Tower is essentially already fully leased.
Bummer for downtown Wilmington though, which is already seeing around 30% office vacancy (and now another major player leaving Downtown).
