The base went in a week or so ago. The rest was scheduled for installation this week but was delayed due to permits.

I always found it odd they aren't using 3200 Arch Street.
A more recognizable street name and an even #.
I never liked the name Cuthbert

I'd have to imagine this will soon be named after some mega-donor or given a flashy marketing name and will rarely, if ever, been referred to by its physical address.

My thought was maybe because they are turning Cuthbert into a pedestrian street/plaza they want to put more focus on that name/side. Also could be that very few buildings are on/use Cuthbert for an address, which makes them more unique. If someone says Cuthbert they might think of this building while Arch has many buildings associated with it.
