Exciting!!! I didn't know that was moving forward!

Did a quick search and looks like it has been dubbed Modera.

^^At approx 140 ft, this project qualifies as a highrise and, since the excavation is proceding, deserves a thread so I gave it one: http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/show...88#post8410688

Here is 33 Tehama's light show that has been a year in the making. It should be live in a few weeks.

It is permanent, but it will be a few months before they finish the entire building. It's either going to be a light show or a really plain white, but either way I think it will look great at night. It will come live right about the same time as the openings of Avery and 500 Folsom (official name to come).

Something really awesome happened overnight --literally -- in San Francisco a few days ago. Here is the story as told by the Ferry Building camera.

^ nice finds!

from the ground, along mid-Market...

950-974 Market (on the right) is hard to get a good shot of - they've got pretty solid fencing around the site

1066 Market is tough too, but here is something. looking SW

and here looking through to Market St from north side

the being-restored building (whose name I've already forgotten after it was just recently mentioned) at 7th and Market

Nice aerials. Shows there is a lot of potential for further growth and development in these areas:

Yotel . . . Yotel . . . YOTEL!

How can you forget? It's so HIP!

And it's going to have some watering holes that may even be fun.

The Central SoMa plan will be changing a good portion of that.

1 De Haro has some new signage and a new piece of equipment on site, and a torn-off wall, but no major demo yet

Happy new year, everyone.

What projects (not necessarily "skyscraper") do you think will break ground in 2019? Is the boom over?
