Foster & Partners now has worked on multiple developments in the city, and 270 Park may be considered their best work in New York so far.

To date, the Hearst tower, a design I was against when it was revealed, has been my favorite Foster building in the city (one of the best overall), at least until this is complete. We'll see how it plays out...

These pictures are great but they don't (can't) do it justice. This thing is a beast! I was in NY last October and last week working from NY office. I walked east down 47th to Park every day and MAN OH MAN is it massive. The scale!! It is going to be magnificent.

Yup. Photos can never do the real world justice. Just standing right in front of something this massive is insane.

I agree. Skyscrapers especially this one appear massive and very tall in person compared to photos.
