Awesome!!!! I see two tower crane bases sitting there. It also seems like some caissons have been installed. Either way, this puppy is finally, finally, finally under construction (even if it's just Phase I)!

I love to see these mature trees being saved. Lincoln Square cut theirs down. Whatever ends up happening with the old McDonald's lot at Broad and Carpenter and the Kenny Gamble lot at Broad and Christian, they should be required to keep the mature trees in place.

Great update! I see at least one tower crane base. Would imagine there will be at least 2 here.

I know we all love towers, but it's these kinds of developments that truly change cities. VERY excited to see this happen.

No, at first blush, looks like it. But he's actually standing on the scaffolding and working on the siding of the building.

That guy made me nervous all day watching him wobble back and forth on that thing.

There is an awesome angle of this project in Center City... but I didn't have my camera. One of you will likely beat me to it, but I'm giving no hints other than that it makes me wish this was 400' like it was originally planned to be.

Lincoln square is 9 stories, this is 14. Probably 36% taller.

I didn't realize City Government was back in person, you know, because it involves "trudging".

Took this on my way to PetSmart this morning. First time I’ve posted a picture here so I hope this meets the guidelines. This project is going to change the feel of this area so much it’s crazy.

Edit: doesn’t look like the picture is posting. I uploaded it to Imgur and put the link in the add image field. Anyone have an idea of how to fix that?
