Kinda weird but it's grown on me. The floor count and height are amazing for Miami.

City records show that the construction permit application was issued on May 23.
The permit took about seven months to be issued. It was first applied for on October 27, 2021.
Phenomenal news. How come the permit took 7 months?

This design (and height) are exactly what Miami needs.

Permitting in Miami always take forever. Navigating the process is hell even with the small restaurant projects that I do.

This one will happen.

We just have to look at the pre-sales as a gauge, which many developments still in the proposal/site-prep stage have achieved remarkable success sales wise.

It's finally happening!

I just hope Miami can build some great looking Supertalls just as Chicago has!

Why have one glass box when you can have 8?

Your opinion is cute, however, in my opinion the silhouette will look amazing coming from the island or I-95.

Well the positive news is that back in the beginning of the year, this tower was 70% sold, now, it's almost at a 100%, so it will rise! More a question if it will rise in August or September. It'll happen, almost there.

This city and region is 2nd in the nation with respect to the amount of skyscrapers and high rises that are rising or planned. And the pipeline, fueled by a strong market, is bringing new developments quicker along with the pipeline growing. The 500+ ft towers keep piling on!

Commenter on Next Miami says this doesn’t have financing yet. Is that possible ? And if so, should we be concerned ?

Folks have already helped its rising by buying its units (pre-construction sales). Like many Miami towers, essentially sold out.

This, like Okan, are 100% rising. No need to worry.

That 10% deposit helps, than its structured where there is 10% every few months, during groundbreaking and during the closing period. Further, there was a pre development loan issued.
