My money is it passing the One sometime next year. It has a much less challenging construction site/location to work with.

Probably safe to say anything that's officially started construction and has a planned final height taller than what The One has currently reached will surpass it at some point.

Blazes! Mirvish-Gehry, or whatever the hell it's called now, will probably sell out, excavate, start rising, and overtake The One at the 39th floor in about five years.

I actually think it looks like the pace at The One is picking up steam.

I guess One Yonge and The One will meet in the 20 to 30 storey range.

One Yonge's two storey retail podium will probably take two months. The rest of the podium and tower floors should go up twice as fast as One Bloor's recent pace.

I took pretty much the same shot of The One as TorontoDrew yesterday afternoon. Very much a beast of a building already.

I posted my update of the project on it's respective thread, seeing as it would've been redundant to post here. It's good to see this thing rising finally in a more substantial rate.

We still have quite a bit of height to go with this bad boy. I saw it in person for the first time in a while last week. It's a beast... and that glass is killer. One a kind tower.

The One is so far looking quite impressive in size even though it is not that large of a footprint, on the ground it seems like an immense sized building.
