A proposal has been received for a 9 storey mid-rise building with 78 units, adjacent surface parking spaces and one storey underground parking garage, serving both tenants and visitors, at 971 Montreal Road. The proposed residential building will include 78 apartment units distributed from the ground floor to the ninth floor. Units range from 539 sq.ft. to 1224 sq.ft. with unit types varying from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms + den.

Very cool little building! I'm not a fan of Figurr's 'O' at Zibi, it's very Lahey looking, but this is something unique.

More greige? I don't love greige but I find it a welcome juxtaposition from the 50 shades of Gray and Baby Vomit Yellow that are appearing on every other building in this city lately.

There's a reason! This year's pantone colours of the year are grey and yellow, and everyone jumps on the bandwagon. Though the names are Ultimate Grey and Illuminating. I think Illuminating sounds nicer than Baby Vomit Yellow

So surprising that they've included the hydro pole in their rendering! most developer would hide these things. I've seen adjacent towers disappears and replaced by fake park. lol

Why is there a random grey corner on the new rendering? Just keep the entire base black.
