Yet, there are a bunch of commercial skyscrapers under construction/In For Permit. Aren't you the same user that insisted New York City was dead and that 5th ave was crime ridden in the 175 Park thread?

Delaware is home to more than 300 Fortune 500 HQs and yet doesn't have a supertall. I, too, can do simple searches on the interwebs and draw the wrong conclusions.

People with limited intelligence shouldn’t make proclamations. Scores of corporations are incorporated under Delaware law. That’s vastly different from having an HQ there.

He also claimed he read that no Citadel employees want to move to Miami. Can't find anywhere where that is on record, but the founder of the company is building a $500 million house in Palm Beach, so he clearly wants to be in the vicinity lol.
