Arthaus is a beautiful building, really turned out well.

The Laurel is fine, but I wish it had more pizazz like Arthaus.

Any update on sales performance?

I've heard its been slow, and The Laurel has more interest? Is that true, false, no longer accurate?

Nice video clip:

As far as sales, I have no insider info, this article from last year states - "Sales of the condominiums, which start at $1.6 million, are ahead of schedule, according to Carl Dranoff."
https://www.bizjournals.com/philadel...pping-out.html

Not sure how things have been since then. I looked on Redfin, Arthaus has 9 units currently listed on there, and The Laurel has 5 units listed.

That insta clip is awesome. Makes me wish the SLS Hotel concept was still part of the project.

I posted a comment on that post, hoping Arthaus will have decorative lighting while tagging them. They just replied saying it's in the works! Conformation that it's happening!

I had shit on Dranoff in the Broad and Pine thread and, even though I recognized Arthaus as his best work, I still want to tip my hat here.

This is definitely, by far, Dranoff's most successful project. In fact, I think it's one of the best residential high rises constructed in recent years. It feels like something you'd see in Chicago.

Given its height and prominence in the skyline I'm grateful this is his best designed tower.

Someone asked on one of there recent Instagram posts asking if they would include Decorative lighting. According to their Social Media account, they plan on having decorative skyline lighting!

I hope its true, and I hope its pronounced, like discussed earlier something link the bank of America tower in Dallas would be amazing!

This is a bit of a minor nit but on the concepts both here on this page and the Arthaus website itself, the podium has a horizontal element (white slats from one side to the other) to it which I thought played well with the tower portion (vertical white slats). However, what we see on the live cam is that the podium matches the tower portion. My opinion is that both look great but I preferred the conceptual version.
