If you go to page 12 of this thread, you can see the base has a somewhat different facade. Appears to be stonework of some kind with the same glass.

You guys are laughing now but Jacksonville will soon assume its rightful place as the largest and most important city on Earth.

I heard the UN is moving its HQ there. The eiffel tower is moving there soon as well. Elon Musk even decided he didnt want to go to mars anymore after visiting.

No, I mean I still like it but it’s weird to see a building doing the opposite than all traditional buildings do, they clad the base first and the rest, but skipping it is kinda odd.

It’s not very traditional for skyscrapers. The cladding typically starts a few levels up from the street.

Must be close to 700'. I remember as a kid walking up this street to what used to be McCrory's(on the left). Never thought there would be a skyscraper behind the Dime Savings Bank.

This still hasn't passed City Point which is 720' so I'm guessing its around 650' with about 450' to go.
