Bummer, but I'm just so happy it can finally change color that I almost don't even care.

Great Pics TK you really excel in these night pics, something im not as sharp in.

Also I cant wait to see a “party mode” turned on for Comcast 1 in June, it’s gonna really bring life to the skyline. Now hopefully Comcast Two keeps those light bars in place or does something permanent aswell that will atleast make up for the beacon not being RGB. However with all the positive feedback they are getting. They may upgrade it.

If only the spine/beacon on ctc could change color, id be happy with just the beacon, its really annoying having such a bright prominent piece of our skyline cant change, especially since its counterpart of the first tower can now

The Eagles had a great run!
That final penalty was a heartbreak. But still a great and exciting season! Philadelphia rallies in a huge way behind their teams.

I'm glad Philly has been in the media a lot lately. It only can help show off our great city even with losing sports teams. I love how our city has grown since 2017 and keep on growing with many development projects in the pipeline. Regardless go birds!

at the moment, only the Flyers can be described as a losing team. in the last 4 months, 3 major league Philly teams have made it to the championship games of their respective leagues, even though all 3 wound up losing them. And, although not major league, you can add the Stars of the USFL last spring who did the same thing.

Heartbreaking loss, but still proud of this Eagles team either way!

Losers? I wouldn't call the Phillies, Eagles or Union losers this year. They each made it further than every other team in their respective leagues except for one. I would say that's a pretty damn successful season for any sports team, even if they fell just short of the ultimate goal.

I'm always down for a collaboration. Is there ever meetups in Philly between forum members from here? I see them do it on YIMBY Forums a lot, but I can't make it to NYC

I think a meetup would be an awesome idea. Not sure how we’d organize it but I think it would be a fun way to meet people, especially for us relative newcomers to the city.

As several highrises near the finish line, what highrise project is likely to start next? Not wishful thinking, but realistically.

My money is on either 3001 JFK (red building), 21st & Ludlow apartment tower, or Jewelers Row tower.

3001 JFK is almost a lock for starting sometime this year. Just a matter of when at this point.
Would love to see 21st and Ludlow go up soon as well, but I have no hope for Jeweler's Row.

Why'd you put 115 S 19th as "Likely to start?" I've been given no indication to assume construction is imminent.
