Evidently I did not remember! Anyways, these are from today:

A wide angle with the nearly complete 1 Yorkville next door. Both of these projects are restoring the Yonge Street frontage of formerly independent retail buildings that made this part of Yonge a bit more historic:

I like how they kept the facades of the old buildings. I wish more development would do that.

I agree. This is the most important street in the city so it's good they kept these buildings mostly preserved.

I didn't know that, so that makes it even better. It's a good compromise between new development and keeping the older look/feel.
