This proposal came online in September 2018 and is going forward, being backed by Mitsubishi's real estate arm and developed by Chicago-based CA Ventures. The site is formerly home to a Taco Bell and adjacent Jack in the Box drive-thrus that have long been eyed as prime redevelopment potentials for over a decade.
