Correct... two stations are still under construction. They have to build an overpass to cross a frieght rail, so that's supposed to be done in about 18 months. So technically, only the Purple Line is completed.
The METRO board is already talking about extensions of the existing system, and a new Commuter Rail line that should hopefully be operational by 2018.
