Haven't been here in a while, but at some point recently they took down the crane.

I was just in Conshohocken and I like the tower but the garage is really hulking over Elm St. Why did they need such a massive parking structure?

Office tower is coming along nicely. No work on the hotel yet (for likely obvious reasons).

Per morethanthecurve.com the hotel has been scaled back. I don't know what that will do the height, but have to imagine it will shrink. Not surprising, but in a pre-covid environment I know of several people who much preferred to stay in the Conshohocken Marriott(s) over the Plymouth Meeting hotels.

Plan for hotel scaled back at SORA West. Name and brand confirmed

Looks to be somewhere between 7 and 10 floors tall now. Not surprised due to COVID. Still a nice addition to Conshy. We'll remove the hotel from this thread then, and close it down once the office building is completed.

Still a solid project. I like how they changed it to incorporate the firehouse into the hotel, whereas previously there were supposed to be stand-alone projects.
