Well, we know it's not U/C. There has also been no permit activity since July 2022 as far as I can tell.

Their split does not bode well for any of their proposed projects on the board. Additionally, this project is all office. With the uncertainty of the economy and without a major tenant lease signed, I don't feel too confident about it, unfortunately.
