Virgil being listed as the coolest street in LA is a joke. Virgil Village is up and coming, but it probably has less than half a dozen hipster haunts (bagel place that people wait in insane lines for, a breakfast spot named Sqirl that was popular before it was revealed they had a mold problem, a couple of vintage/thrift stores), but the business district is still pretty oriented to the working class Hispanic neighborhood it's in. Structurally, it's pretty underwhelming...
