I can't decide if I like this one or think it will be a hideous monstrosity. I suppose then devil is in the detail. Quality materials could make this stand out. Cheap cladding like that used in L-Tower and it will be another eyesore.

I like density builders on Yonge Street. That is our main street, and it is under-utilized. It's the best walking street in the city and everything should be done to encourage more development along it.
