May be waiting to finish the sidewalk work below. I think they bring the panels up from ground level on the swing stage. Could be wrong though.

I'd be willing to pay for a new camera for the radio folks. That thing is useless.

I see the concrete pump out on site doing some work. Wondering if it's with the crane bases. I would assume we'll see some crane action over the next couple weeks.

I wonder when we'll see some more tenants in the office tower? I was walking up Donald today and from what I could see, it looks like only the Thompson Dorfman Sweatman levels are occupied... unless there are some tenants in the lower levels that I couldn't see from that angle.

I'm pretty surprised it's taken so long to get the floors ready for the tenants. I looked on their website a they have 9 floors leased. one would think they would want to fill those offices as quick as possible.

You sir, are correct.
Crane bases were poured yesterday. I'll post a photo later if I remember.

Scotiabank has moved into 13 and 14.
MNP is supposed to be going in below them (I think it's 10 - 12).
Ceridian is going into the 3rd floor.
So, that leaves floors 5 to 9 open.

They got 9 of 14 floors announced well within the first year but I haven't heard anything lately.

Platform being put up on the west end of TNS 2 so they can finish off the exterior.

Looks like the sidewalk work is almost done. Have to do the pavers and final touch ups.

I think it’s on the tenants to design and build out the space. IIRC TDS invested over $14M into their space.

Any structural guys know how long they need to wait before loading up the concrete base for the cranes? 7 days? 28 days?

Thanks again Grump! Great vantage point.

Looks like all the piling work is done. I noticed them loading up the blue crane yesterday.

Scotia moved in too early.

Couple examples:

Ongoing construction even as staff were moving in.

Floor-to-Ceiling glass walls cut and delivered only to realize that they didn't allow room for the frame holding the glass.

Wall covering in their elevator space that was too big to fit inside the elevators so had to be carried by hand up 13 flights.
