In some images posted of Steinway Tower on NYConstruction Photo Twitter for one diagrammatic pic there is an arrow that points at the east/west facade and words "facade lighting arrangement". So the east/west facades will be lit? Did not realize this. Nice.

Simply beautiful! With One Vanderbilt almost ready to be lit up at night, 111 W 57th with CPT are gonna be some shining new beacons for 21st century NYC! Now that Phase 1 of Hudson Yards is wrapping up, there's a ton of new icons that I can't wait to visit personally!

Well everyone has their opinion. But I find the skyline sovmuch more interesting, with the few that there are. We couks use some more in other areas of the skyljne, to balance it out. But this tower is one of the most beautiful pieces of work you’ll see rising on a skyline. We’re very lucky to have it. The view of CPS has become much more interesting over the past few years, and has become a favorite for photographers.
