Is this thread still being updated? I'd love to know what progress has been made!

Yes. View the first page of the thread for the latest updates.

As for individual projects progress you'll have to view the Vancouver forum subcategory.

Thank you for compiling this list, Hed Kandi, but there doesn't seem to be any kind of order for this list? Could it be sorted to be from tallest to smallest or split into U/C, approved and proposed? Also a list of all projects and their main specs in the beginning would be great for having an overview of what's going on.

Even as a local it is not always easy to remember all the projects in Vancouver, so this kind of list would become handy.

Not a bad addition to that area. There are a couple real ugly buildings around that block that could use a nicer looking neighbour.

This one looks a bit like something that belongs in Miami... not sure if that's a good thing or not but I'm looking forward to seeing some more detailed renders of it in the future.

Here are a few pics showing all the activity in the Southeast False Creek neighbourhood. I love the way this area is developing. The Olympic Village is one of my favourite parts of the city now and I hope as the surrounding area fills in it retains a similar feel and cohesiveness. If they can get the streetcar line eventually built through here it will be amazing.

Thanks to all the Vancouver forumers that shot/found these!

Updated hotel/casino proposal adjacent to BC Place. Being billed as an "urban resort" to take focus away from casino component which sunk the previous proposal. The plan for this incarnation is to only transfer over the Edgewater capacity rather than expand upon it (at least until later)...
