anyone know what type of units these will be? Rental, For Purchase, will some be affordable? Or has that not been disclosed yet

^ thats a shame, CC could use more affordable units honestly, the city could also use more for purchase apartments. LIke something along the lines of 1-2 bedrooms and around 1100 square feet.

I think we can declare this one U/C, no? Was pretty sure they were drilling and digging before the webcam got taken from us.

I walked by during my lunch today to check it out. Sadly it looks like it's still all excavation. I may be wrong though, someone more well versed in these matters can check the photos.

This has to be under construction at this point. Not sure why they took the webcam down...

Anyone go by this one recently? Can't believe I haven't been on the 1600 block of Sansom in this long.

I went by today and it looks like they haven't started foundation work yet. Still excavating. The hole is getting pretty big though, should be starting soon.
