Fair points. My last comment about the Sheraton... to the extent possible, I wish the ground level could be opened up and less 1970s institutional, like what The Terrace project did on the Parkway. Would be an extra benefit for the several hundred residents coming soon across the street.

But I agree, it's a decent hotel, not a dump, in a good and improving area. The only way it would become a W or 4 Seasons is if ownership changed, otherwise not a feasible investment. In the end I'd rather see another luxury hotel in the former Family Court Building.
