Next Las Olas Apartment Tower Approved By FAA At 350 Feet

The Federal Aviation Administration has given the green light to a new apartment tower in Fort Lauderdale.

Next Las Olas was approved to be built at 344 feet above ground, or 350 feet above sea level, the agency ruled on August 21.

The project will include:

374 apartments
548 parking spaces
Eden Multifamily is the developer. MSA Architects is the architect.

Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2018, with development cost expected to be $133 million.
