That's crazy, usually I hear about these kinds of developments before they make it to CDR. Haven't seen anything on this one. Nothing special about the design but the micro-location isn't great so not sure these are getting premium rents.

Great to see! Market Street should have just as much, if not more, development than Front Street. Everything along Market from 30th Street to 52nd Streets should be at least somewhat tall. I hope this project comes to fruition.

I’ll take 12 floors at 40th and Market any day!

Market Street from the river to ~44th Street is going to be badass in 10 years.
