I noticed my Nest cam had tilted and fallen a bit. I have done my best to fix it. You can't see the office part anymore, but that part is already as tall as it is going to be.

How long can Bulldogs and the suburban retail corner last in booming Midtown?
I'll give it 2 years and Bulldogs will throw in the towel, and relocate to Burkharts.

Burkharts has a new owner, that won’t happen. They should build Eviva there.

Spire Midtown is close in height and it is 453 feet.
