501 Urban
*From the developers of RIVR Lofts which topped out a few weeks ago:

501 Urban is a $300 million multifamily development project with approximately 700 apartment units in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The project will include a work force housing component in corporation with Broward County. The project is designed as two 30-story residential towers .

Construction is planned to begin in 2025.

That must be 50+ highrise proposals for FTL. Are as many as 5 of them u/c or close to u/c ? What about any of the real tallies, the Kuschner proposals ?

Hanover Riverwalk (36 floors)
Riverwalk Residences (43 floors)
Rivr Lofts (30 floors)
Selene (26 + 26 floors)
Veneto Las Olas (45 floors)
One River (34 Floors)
New River Yacht Club Tower 2 (36 floors)
Gallery At Flagler Village (16 floors) - No thread but I can post pictures.
Advantis Station at Flagler Village (12 floors) - No thread but I can post pictures.

The developer has new plans leaked on their website. This might get redesigned like recent projects due to the podium's aesthetics. Besides that it's solid.

The development will include 290 Multifamily units and 3,070 Square Feet of Retail. The project will cost 150 million dollars with expected construction on Q3 2025.

72 units are workforce.
