And I love how the rendering shows an accurate portrayal of The Pier just chugging along slowly lol

I dont like the Arena design, it looks like a generic warehouse/flex space out along the 303

It appears the site fencing around Mirabella came down this morning. Good to see this one wrapping up.

Thanks for the pics Muerte! I love all the glass windows on the Westin. Does this have a rooftop pool?

$115M ASU multipurpose arena gets final OK from Board of Regents

AZBOR formally approves the ASU Hockey Arena plus looks like a $16M naming rights deal is already in place but not yet announced.

Wow that old track (Sun Angel Stadium) brings back memories from back in the day. That gold track with maroon lines when ASU won the NCAA track and field championship in 1976

When I think hockey, ASU is probably the last on that list. Is there something I'm missing that justifies $100+ million for this thing?
