No articles have been made on this, but this is fresh news:

^ This will expand the skyline south, as it's located at 777 SE 3rd Avenue.

Very exciting, and this will add 542 Multifamily Residential units to the area!

This is a nice counterbalance of the northern spread of downtown. Not breath taking, but, a nice addition for a residential building.

I'm more impressed with the unit counts with many of these developments. Nothing to be shy about either. 500-900+ unit developments and in some cases 1000+ units sprouting like wild fire.
