One can dream

I'm just happy that downtown is filling in. A 600 footer would be fantastic!

Toronto Skyline from the Niagara Escarpment in Hamilton. The Burlington Skyway and steel mills on Burlington Bay are seen in the foreground. The CN tower is about 58km (36 miles) away in this shot:

Sacramento from the flooded Yolo bypass:

There's a drone vid in the link (open with incognito).

From Saint-Donat, a small town in the Lanaudière region, north-east of Tremblant.

Yeah, around there since it's most likely the drone operator flew it from the levee after Davis. Great shot of SF btw!
On a good day I think SF is visible from the Napa bridge, but that could just be my eyes playin' tricks on me.

Negative, Toronto would be off to the left quite a bit from this angle

The incomparable NYC skyline from Eagle Rock, NJ. I think it's underrated how radical the transformation of the skyline has been over the last decade, and some of the best is still to come. Seen this city plenty of times in my life but it was never quite like this.

It's a water tower in Crystal Beach, which is the same village you see along the lake
