What is your camera?

What camera do you have (or if you have more than 1)?

I have a Nikon D40. ( with 18-55mm lens + 55-200mm VR lens)

This site actually isn't that Nikon. I'd say 2:1 Canon over Nikon probably.

Same here! I have two lenses. An 18-55 mm and a 55-200 mm one. I'm still debating to whether upgrade to the D90. It's too expensive imo so I might wait. And I want to order it from Costco because it comes with...

-18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G VR ED AF-S DX NIKKOR (Vibration Reduction) Image Stabilization
-70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G VR IF-ED AF-S Zoom-NIKKOR (Vibration Reduction) Image Stabilization
-2 GB Memory Card
-Camera Bag

What makes me want it is the 70-300 lens because I have a 200mm lens which I'm happy with, but bigger is always better. Oh, btw, Costco sells it for 1,750 bucks with these accessories. The thing that sucks is that they only sell it online which means less discounts.

It's 1,300 bucks for the same stuff, but the lenses are 18-55 and 55-200. But they only sell it at the warehouse stores, not online. If you bought this package online it would cost 1,180 and only come with the 18-105 mm lens.

Nikon D300 with usually an 18-200 mm lens
and a Canon G10 for when the D300 is too big and awkward to haul around.

How old is that Rolleicord? I know a guy who had one 40 years ago, and he bought it used. One heck of a good camera, and relatively unknown to a lot of people

I looked at a used Pentax 6x7 three or four years ago, and thought it was a great piece of gear. The size and weight were a problem for me, though, because I was looking for something I could carry around for several hours at a time. I bought a Mamiya 7 rangefinder, instead. The Pentax is a hoss, but it's a fine camera.

Do it. You can't beat it for the price, and you'll wonder how you ever lived without it.
