You have 372 primary drawings. To look their quantity check under the "search" button in the panel of drawings' search.

I have to agree. Numbers are impressive, but its the quality of the work that lingers.

I'm looking to add more to my numbers, need a few more Pre-WWII bldgs. have not drawn one in ages!

well I prefer Quantity of QUALITY, basically, fill in the blank gaps in the database with high-quality diagrams.

What's the sense of having 20 drawings, 10 of which are ridiculously good, of the same building? Could the effort / time not have been spent on creating 2-3 smaller but still high-quality diagrams?

I'm with Tony on this one. Quality and Quantity. I never hear any complaining about my work... Let me know please

Agreed. Yeah I find some illustrators do that. It's kind of funny. It's like repeating the same mistakes again and again. You may have a little, but make sure your art balances. On second thought, you may not have quantity, but you have quality art that fills up the empty pages in the diagram.

On the other hand, in my website, I am concentrating on the 10 Tallest and nothing else. I do not know much of the other buildings in the World, and I do not wish to include them. Also, some people might not even know about them. I also do not have the time now these days to draw. Time, time, time... I got alot of design projects these days on my hands.

All my drawings are primary because I don't typically draw buildings that already have acceptable drawings for them. I try, as Tony said, to fill in the blank gaps in the database with drawings as high-quality as I can manage to make.

I will admit I'm not the most productive illustrator.
Sometimes I go for quality and others I just try to fill in the diagram.
I also have a lot of buildings that I start and never finish.

I agree also! Unless someone is absolutely in love with a particular building, I just don't see expending the effort, lots of other obscure bldgs waiting to be illustrated.

I think there are A LOT of ppl out there with over 200 or 300 drawings.
I think it's better to ask those with access/knowledge of the code - to generate the list.
As for quality vs. quantity - well - sometimes it puzzles me when I see ppl re-drawing everybody else's diagrams over and over, when there are TONS of structures without diagrams (or when drawings have inaccurate proportion or something).

Everybody wants to be the one that can say "I drew the freedom tower!! ". No one really cares about drawing little 12 storey buildings tucked behind corners in Chicago.

I think it's an ego thing. Personally, I wouldn't waste my time on something that already has several decent drawings, unless it was a building I really liked and wanted to draw for fun. (Such as socialvezekeringsbank in Netherlands, I wanted to add a diagram that showed the odd windows, and THEc deleted his. It was an alternate angle!! You don't have to delete alternate angles! )

Speaking of which, if they draw the building in an alternate angle, that should be ok.

Actually I prefer drawing a 13-storey one, with some interesting architecture, in some empty blank space in Sao Paulo as redrawing such 45th times the Freedom Tower again. Huge does not count together having an interesting architecture. Really saying I do not care much to Freedom Tower as very top decent diagrams of its all versions were already drew and for me there is no sense in redrawing it again, if I did not had a bigger connection in some way experience with a famous already drawn bldg. Freedom Tower seems to not have being built in some future, as the construction site is 100% lazy. So why drawing it again? I personally do not have ego complex or problems. It is a pity wonderful versions of bldgs to be deleted, but I suppose we can not influence this from a specific illustrator. It is up to him/her... unfortunatly. Once here the rules should be more severe for deleting a good drawing, without a very good reason, like estimate height confirmed, or something like that, but this my oppinion is certain alone here....
It would be interesting to see the list updated nowadays. I am sure surprises would come. I am for example stounish that Vaidas has already 538 diagrams. I good mark I will never reach....

I deleted it, because of poor quality. Your version is way better. But that's beyond the point.

am I still NO.1 ??

But it showed another angle! Now people will only see one side of that building! They might think it had neat alternating windows all around! :O

There're all illustrators that have more than 100 primary drawings I've found.

Our first illustrator THEc has made 5% of all existing primary drawings, first ten of illustrators has made 27%, first thirty has made 48% of all primary drawings of site.
All illustrators, do you know that only third part of buildings has their drawings? So you have so much work....

Many Thanks

Artem, many thanks for the updated Ranking. I did not know how you reach that, but seems to me perfect done....

Actually considering all my drawings I have 195 instead of 159. So it would be also interesting seeing the total Ranking list for total diagrams....

I don't guess so. Many of multiple drawings have poor quality.
Sorry, I can't translate it: Я также думаю, что на нашем сайте даже не должно быть такого хлама, как здания, которых никогда не существовало и никогда не будет в будущем (типы vision, fantasy, proposal).

I am sure if people do not waste more time drawing the already top drawn ones, we would have much more empty spaces completed.... I am trying to do my job, but if the requests sections are not catch in attention of most of Editors, it is difficult to draw what is pending corrections. So, please EDITORS:
Try to get a harder work in cleaning the Request/Corrections area daily. Thanks.

THEc: Tim, don't you want to make just 8 diagrams more to reach the 1000 Mark?!. I am sure SSP would give you a Gold Medal (Gold Building Miniature 20kila---) for your great job as recognize of your effort.
