Insane to look at the whole Hudson Boulevard corridor taking shape, and Jersey City in the background..and think about everything that wasn't in this exact view in the year 2000..or even, say, the years after 9-11. An entirely new magnificent quarter in a magnificent city.

I regret having said the above comment . .
The Spiral is just a building after all, so I apologize
for my crass coronavirus remark about it . .
Even though I hate this bulky mirrored stepped eyesore,
I hope that all you guys who truly like it, stay healthy & happy
during the duration of this freaky world crisis . .

Making its way into the skyline (both Spiral and 50 Hudson).


Still a long ways to go. And we are not even on Phase II yet with this perspective, let that sink in!

Still got 2 MW rising as well.
