I stayed at the Crescent Court this past week. The Ritz' construction is moving along nicely. Can't believe all the building in the lower McKinney area. Almost rivals Miami.

From looking at the webcam, they look close to topping off on the building.

When will phase 2 start construction? I know it's soon since that will be open in 2008.

i know your not
instead of building one HUGE tower...we build one tower, 21st tall and put a hotel in it. Then we build a second 23 st tower for the Condos.

Yep...thats what happens when a major airport has its landing/take-off path directly over downtown Dallas, HIGHT RESTRICTIONS!
