I'm not crazy about the ton of parking, but every building has it. So it is what it is in that respect. As far as the design goes, I actually really like this one. A lot of our other new buildings are pretty boring, and this one isn't. It's not very tall, so it's only visible from a few views, but from the places you can see it from it stands out because the facade is not just another boring flat faced box.

Such a terrible design. A lot of the Austin buildings are "meh" to me in the first place, but this one is just on another level.

That is what I was wondering too, the building on top of the garage looks cool, it could have even had a parking garage base under it hidden within the base or something, but that massive garage is 14, maybe 15 floors of parking. That is just insane.

And leave that guy's ass alone, he clearly has more butt than most of those guys.
