Apparently there are leases in advanced negotiations with tenant(s) to fill a majority of the remaining available space here.....to the point where this building may be 90%+ leased by mid-year or so.

If that comes to fruition, it's another strong signal to developers that there is continuing robust demand for brand new modern trophy towers at market premium rental rates.....

What does that mean in this case, "trophy tower"? Nice glass?

Photo taken around 2:00 today. There goes the view. Mostly disappointed to be losing my view of the construction, though, as it heads up past me.

This is shaping up to be a very solid addition to the Loop.....much as I've always thought it would......so far, so good anyway....

Counting floors late last week it appears that the core might be just about topped-out now....at the most I think an elevator penthouse to go........my guess is that the 568' was not the official final height here, as it might be more likely to top-out in the 530-540'ish range.....

According to Buck's 'Gram, this one has topped out. Evergreen tree, signed beam and all. She was just starting to appear to soar.

Yeah something doesn't fit. Sure looks like they have a few more floors to add yet like Skyguy mentioned The John Buck Company posted this on Friday.

^ Topping-out doesn't mean they are finished with the structure 'near the top'.....just means the highest part of the structure is in place (the core is now topped-out, as I was speculating about in a recent post a week or so ago)......
