Drove past this one today, pile driver on site and working hard, this is certainly full steam ahead and needs a move to under construction. This may be the fastest announced to start project in Philly history.

Please grab a pick. This is a very nice looking project. I feel the design of this tower has stepped up amongst the ones that were built in the past few years. Good for them. Hope this continues with new proposals going forward for this area.

Wow this went from proposal to a big hole in the ground in less than 3 pages. How many pages is the SLS thread up to? The W/Element probably had 50 pages before it started digging into the ground!

Sweet! Very excited about this build due to the design and planned outdoor use of space.

Our student housing game is strong. This one will certainly stand out when it is completed.

My guess is this is "student" housing but banking on targeting a general audience as schuylkill yards and UCity builds out
