I think the courthouse looks good, but a bit of detail on ledges and such would add a lot more to the design. Nowadays we never see that, so why am I even suggesting it :/

PS, you have huge blocks in Denver.
The demolition of the previous building on the site did help that fact.

Any renders for Davita World HQ? I don't want to look through previous pages because it's probably deep inside. Thanks in advance.

I'd like to announce that I am moving to Denver! After careful consideration, I've decided that Colorado is exactly where I want to live. I have visited the city several times the past few years and I have really fallen in love with the place. I will be there on July 24th to look for a job. Until then, I will be living with my boyfriend near downtown. Very excited here! Coming from Houston, Denver feels very small, so that will take some getting used to. If there is anything I wish I could bring with me from Houston, it would be it's skyline. Other than that, Denver has all the Texas cities beat by a "mile." See what I did there? See ya'll soon! hahaha. Btw, be nice to me on the freeway when it's snowing. I'll be the guy doing 15 mph on the mainlanes scared to death I'm going to spin out.

Any Denver updates? Have things slowed down with the economy or are there any proposals in the pipeline?

Thanks.

Things are beginning to heat up at Union Station with several solid proposals that should begin in 2012. Hopefully there will be some highrises proposed as the multi-modal transit center redevelopment nears completion.

13 story apartment building at 17th & Chestnut

5 story apartment building at 20th & Chestnut with urban grocery store

IMA Financial office building at 18th & Wynkoop

So should we change this thread from 12+ stories only to just Proposed, Under Construction and Completed projects in Denver??? That way we can add the plethora of projects that are in the pipeline!

How about rename the thread, this:

DENVER | Downtown Construction

I would need help with pinpointing what to remove and what to add.
