Let's call it "Philadelphia International Tower," after the demolished record company building.

PIT

I like it, pretty fitting considering what we've had to endure for the last several years.

Thanks. I'd be happy if there's a "pit" soon. It's amazing that this will has the potential to move faster than 1911 Walnut.

BTW, "TK," thanks as always for your efforts, but if the rendering of the tower next to the W (in the Philly of the Future photo) is supposed to be 311 S Broad, I'd say it is definitely too far west.

another permit was issued on 5/29 for changes to building layout, including more units, less parking and lower height. I do wonder if this is going to look exactly the same.

The permits on tall buildings dont reveal the exact height. So who knows. if this had above ground parking the reduced height may be solely due to less of a podium.

I can't find the link now, but I was looking on the City website with permit/zoning info, and I saw something mentioning 528 feet on the 5/29 permit yesterday. That site is a maze for me.

Pretty tall still. I'm more interested in the uses. Even with large condos, seems too tall to just be condos, retail/restaurants, parking, and amenities' floors. We'll see, though.

As long as this thing stays on the right side of 500' I'm happy.

Definitely looks like it and like that's what they're doing, walking by today. Moving forward nicely. I'll get some more pics this weekend. By then, there should be some nice and visible changes since my last set.

Literally dying for pictures.

I still don't entirely believe this is happening. I still feels like an April fools joke.
