Thanks. Come January, I'm moving to another city with a streetcar system.
Funny thing is, I currently live by the truncated Atlanta streetcar. I must have been one of five people that used it as part of my work commute pre-pandemic. I sometimes would walk, but the interstate overpass really killed any kind of connectivity between Sweet Auburn and downtown.

An apartment in my building just sold for nearly 200k over asking (Park Slope, near Grand Army Plaza and Prospect Park). Of course that's just one sale, but suggests a pretty strong for-sale market.

It's a family building, and a large, family sized unit, so the buyers likely have children, and in a neighborhood where most parents send their kids to urban public schools, also contradicting one of the pandemic-era narratives. Granted, there are plenty of local private schools too.

we have been in the hunt and just bought a condo last week for over the ask, so can confirm its a hopping market. we are waiting on them to sign the contract actually -- today or tomorrow supposedly.

Wow, congrats! We're in a two bedroom, and looking for a three bedroom. Not much inventory, at least for family-sized units.
