Not the biggest update in the world, but I noticed a C3 Construction truck on site yesterday evening. When I returned this morning, not only did I see the truck again, but I also saw two C3 workers who appeared to have just left the site (the gate was slightly ajar).

Let's hope to see some construction equipment here soon!

For real. This section of North Broad is the barrier to cohesively tying together CC and areas north of Spring Garden. This stretch is deaaaaad.

But with this, the Rail Park, the projects coming on Spring Garden, and the Police HQ coming, this stretch will be very much alive, very soon.

I had to do the math, but with LVL North (Broad and Spring Garden), Canno project, and this one— you have nearly 900 units under construction right now.

And then there is Mural West… hopefully it gets built.

I think it's amazing the transformational projects that have been taking place the past few years.
2222 Market
The Laurel
W
1001 S Broad
East Market
1620 Sansom
Arthaus
Riverwalk
3025 JFK Boulevard
300 N. Columbus Boulevard
101 Dock Street
1150 Sansom Street
all of UC City exploding

all filling long standing holes not to mention our new skyline.

The complete reimagining of Washington, Spring Garden and Callowhill!

The reclamation of the MET and The Lorraine after years is impressive.

and with the possibility of projects like 115 S. 19th Street, 1826 Chestnut Street, Schuylkill Yards and Penn's Landing...

PHILLY IS LOOKING GOOD!

And that doesn't include the massive Divine Lorraine slash Aldi project that is finishing up now.

Excavation starting. Pile driver and steel piles on site for a while now, but dirt is being moved today.

Superb! Someone get a photo, and if they're installing caissons, then we're officially under construction here

I walked by this morning. Cook Drilling rigs were there and there was a lot of digging. I'll try to post a photo.

As Summers once said, "When Cook Drilling is on site, you know shit is serious."

This building will fill in the area nice and bring life to it, the new police HQ is looking good to, they hung a big ass shield up in the window.

Also is that train car next to Broad & Noble an authentic one? or is it just a fake, and isn't it supposed to be a food train or something?
