Diagram

Is anyone working on a diagram for this building? It doesn’t yet appear when “Newark” is searched.

This building won’t feel official to me until someone makes one.

hmm, so i take phase one and two are the twinned towers side on the left of the renders, yes? and phase three the single tower on the right?

if so , yeah it would seem to make sense to build 1 & 2 at the same time.

Essentially yes. Which is good, confidence!

Now CitiSquare in Newark, that will really be a large project. With 2400+ units and 11 towers.

A glimpse of our current ground up project in Newark NJ “The Halo”. Consisting of a 6 story podium, this tower will top off at 40 floors. Skyline Scaffolding Group has been contracted to install a Sidewalk shed, Custom Needle beam platform for the adjacent neighboring property and a Dual 8,000 lb construction hoist.

Just when I thought the skylines that surround Manhattan couldn't get any more action, now Newark is joining in on the fun. Love to see it! Hopefully this trend will continue and Newark will get a Jersey City/LIC sized skyline
