Yeah that's just a low quality rendering. I'm excited to see this go up downtown and in Fiarlie-Poplar.

Certain aspects of this design remind me of The Mark - except The Mark has more random massing and is a little less symmetrical.

The rendering looks a little wonky to me with the front right corner having some unnerving settling issues.

phase one tower and 150 units in a 32-story phase two building including a six-story 694
space parking podium. At grade there are ground floor retail uses at each intersection
along with two centralized leasing offices. Pedestrian access will be provided directly
from the adjacent sidewalks while vehicular access is proposed via one full curbcut
along each of the three street frontages

Y'all should at least give credit where it's due and cite where you get your photos from. Just saying....

The rendering for the Einstein's site looks great!

Einstien / Middle Street Proposal

Trendy and classy at the same time – nice understated blend.

This project will also be welcome because it will help obscure the plain back-side of the Price-Waterhouse-Cooper office building that has always had it's back to Piedmont Park.

Do it!

From what we can see here, this is a great proposal. The parking is covered with residential. And the developers reportedly want to keep the restaurants as a part of the new development.

At least from the initial rendering the Juniper tower looks promising. I'm interested in seeing where the curb cuts are, what the eastern facade looks like, and a closer view of the street-level interaction.

No brainer to keep them. Guaranteed tenant that will pay rent every month. Win-win for everyone.

Not necessarily. Rent will be a liiittle bit different in the new building. And it will be difficult to replicate the patio atmosphere which I think was the main feature of those restaurants.

Looks like a recycled version of the Toll Brother's proposal on West Peachtree (not that that's a bad thing).

It appears that this new Juniper Street proposal is raising the bar for park view developments way beyond the Daytona Beach look that we have in the area (with the exception of Mayfair and a few others)

Not really jazzed by this. The old oak trees and the repurposed houses underneath are something that's quintessentially Atlanta and will be missed. And for a soulless development that's once again aimed at luring in big shots who aren't from here. Many of developments are coming at the expense of erasing the character of the city. I am worried about the future of other older homes in midtown.
