No. There are far more recent diagrams of the actual proposal posted.

Thank you Nyguy,

It's me or the section of the base of the new tower is not rectangular?
It apperars nearly hexagonal (slightly bended/rounded longer axys)?

That's correct. In section the North and south faces lean inward.

Unless your talking about in plan where each building section steps back from the middle.

Do we have an expected timeline for topping out? I am curious how high this will be one year from now, say by Dec 1, 2022.

Wow! Thank you the base is pretty cool
This would give at whole facade a very nice shape, i suppose.
This tower, according with your rendering, would have the same roof height of the vanderbilt?
What about the colour of the windows glass?

Since 415 Madison isn’t too big, I suspect that it will come down quickly, just like 417 Park.

I'm sure it's there somewhere but where are the core and elevator/stairwell shafts? I believe WTC1 built the shafts after the initial steel framework was installed? Same concept here?

No concrete core. What you see here is what bears the weight of the entire building that will go above it. The weight gets transferred to columns that are not visible below grade in the Train Shed, and then down into pilings in the bedrock.

Will they use the super strong concrete for core, like in 1 wtc and 1 vanderbilt?

It sounds like, from what the other posters are saying, there will not be any concrete in the core. Usually in that case they would layer drywall around the elevator shafts and stairwells in the core as fireproofing and let the structural strength come from the steel skeleton.
