I believe the graded dirt strip between the parking lot and the power plant will eventually be paved and become Dorsey Ln. to connect University Dr. to Rio Salado Pkwy.

Correct. If I’m not mistaken, Dorsey should transition to Pier Drive at Rio Solado leading into The Pier and that portion of the waterfront.

It looked like it was angling to the right to purposefully not connect the two in the design documents for the lowrise Novus parcel by the power plant.

Thanks, yeah... that Pier Dr/Clubview/Dorsey/Rio intersection is going to be a weird one. Good that they're being thoughtful about the circulation, I hadn't seen this and wasn't sure where everything was going.

Dang I hope the worker is okay! Definitely will be getting a visit from OSHA soon as well as a fine so it could stop the work for a bit.

The worker fell from the 8th floor to the 7th floor apparently unrelated to a structural issue. Probably took a bad step without the harness connected and fell through an opening in the floor.

Haha! I agree! I would be nervous as well! The construction has not been normal. Five construction workers built the foundation in 5 years. No way I’m going inside that building. Lol!!!!
