The little spires on top of the building should be taller, maybe a hundred feet or more. It would make the tower even more imposing and add to the Art Deco/gothic feel of the design.

Agreed. Much taller spires would be even better.

while i am prepared to be dissappointed with the not gothic enough crown, that facade will never cease to be amazing looking. they really didn’t have to do that, but they did. enduring proof that not all developers are chintzy, value engineering shiteheads. it’s the real deal eye candy.
