That's fantastic news regarding 1150 W Lake. I'm looking forward to seeing that one take shape in the neighborhood.

225 N Elizabeth/1245 W Fulton has a pending permit as well, so that's another Sterling Bay project starting soon

330 Green is now The Porches?

It appears 330 Green might still be in play. There are new renderings on the site that show the design has multiple "porches" faces both north and south.

Btw....Thanks Solar. Great update!

Glad you got a shot of this angle. This roof turned out great. The serrated setbacks here are a nice touch when viewing from the highway!

Nice find! This was one of my favorite designs in Fulton. The redesign is even better and one of the few times IMO I prefer a redesign.

The separate office balconies give this building a very modern design and unique look. Definitely out of ordinary just like 800 Fulton Market, further cementing this area as a premium office district nationwide IMO.

Also wow this is a deceptively LARGE building. "Flexible 43,000 SF to 51,000 SF floor plates" Says it will be 644,000 SF of office space. Keep in mind that River Point is 52 floors and ver 700 ft and only 1.05M SF of office. With this much space, Fulton Market is really it's own city.

With Google taking over the Thompson Center in 2026, will they still plan to lease 350 N Morgan?

Speaking of this general part of downtown, does anybody know whatever happened to 410 S Wabash? Looks like caisson construction was at least started a year ago:

I'm not sure of the reason, but there hasn't been any activity in nearly a year.

The delay is odd. 410 S. Wabash seems like a no-brainer given soaring rents and low vacancies. And Lennar has no shortage or resources...

This is a big lot, this is going to be a nice injection of new activity into this area of Michigan Ave.
