CALGARY | Fifth and 3rd / Arris | 142 M & 90 M | 38 FLOORS & 23 FLOORS

This project has just started shoring. It consists of an entire city block of retail podium that will include an urban format Loblaws City Market, a Shoppers Drug Mart, and a 7-11 so far, among other retail tenants that will eventually sign on. The retail podium will be topped by two residential towers, including the tallest tower in Calgary's East Village at 142 meters.

What the heck! They have the new library in the rendering but beyond that they have the other towers of Arriva which were replaced with the Guardians?!

Still not sold on the podium design, but I do give them kudos for making it retail.

Mine from yesterday.

Not sure how much of an issue this is but it sees like the rebar is spaced awfully far apart.

This will really help integrate East village with the rest of the downtown. I am excited to watch this project rise.
