Do you know how 2100 Hamilton is doing?
That might be my favorite location of the 3 lux condo buildings.

No, but I can ask.

Beautiful building but they still haven’t placed the cladding piece on the east side there It’s such an important part of the design of the building to have that half rectangle line creating the negative space on the lower half

All of the balcony cladding is finished, other than one balcony on top of the east face

Does anyone know what the official height of this is? It says 604 feet on the header, but in early posts it was quoted as 599 feet.

599 feet was from CDR documents in 2019. Documents that were filed last year or this year was posted on here, confirming the slight height bump to 604 feet. And 599 feet, now 604 feet, is the height of the core over the parapet. The parapet is six feet below the top of the core

Scaffolding is off the facade of the ground floor. Looks swank. Residents will be moving in within a few weeks.

They were adding glass to the 20th Street facade across from Shake Shack the other day. Still looks like a decent way to go on this portion and along Sansom Street for the Equinox.

Host it to something like imgur or flickr, then get the url of the image (right click on it and keep hitting "open image in new tab" until you get to a page where it's just the image on a black background and the url ends with an image filetype like .jpg or .png)

Then you post that url in a comment here inside of image tags [IMG] URL GOES HERE [/IMG] with no spaces between the tags and the url

Hope that helps

Thanks for the instructions! I’ve been procrastinating getting that set up for awhile now
